PROCEDURE FOR
BUYING / SELLING SHARES ON THE STOCK EXCHANGE
PURCHASE ORDER
Incase of a purchase order, below is a list of forms that
you would need to fill out and return to us;
Client Information Form- Complete individual details if
applying as an individual

Client order form- Complete order to purchase shares

Uganda Securities Exchange purchase transfer form - ONLY
sign the dotted line on the bottom right hand side of
the form (send 4 signed copies)

We accept both cash & cheques, but incase of the
latter, we will wait for the funds to clear because we
need cleared funds before we can transact.
You will receive a share certificate ten days after the
transaction date
SALE ORDER Incase of a sale order,
below is a list of forms that you would need to fill
out and return to us;
Client Information Form- Complete individual details

Payment by cheque will be made to you five business
days after the transaction.
You can download these forms and send them to us.
Please note that we need original signatures. This means
that faxed or photocopied forms are not acceptable.
